-AS FEATURED IN 'THE TELEGRAPH'-
Mary Mae Lewis
Spring, 2026: Amazing coincidences
Mary Mae Lewis discovered a second-hand copy of her first book, "Where There's A Will, There's A Woman", in Oxfam, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Having told a customer that she was the author of the book, the lady bought it, and Mary Mae signed it for her.
When Mary Mae told the lady about her second book, "Don't Stop the Fiesta", she remarked that she would buy it online for her mother who lives in
Murcia, Southern Spain.
Mary then realised that the lady's mother lives in the same urbanisation* where a writer friend of hers, Dawn Llewellyn-Price, lives.
Dawn is the author of the novel, "White Rabbits".
*An urbanisation (urbanización) in Spain is a planned residential development or gated community. They typically feature a mix of apartments, townhouses, and detached villas, and are highly popular throughout the country - especially along the coast and around major cities. They offer a blend of private ownership and shared resort-style amenities.
